Why this experience

The voice arrives after the jaw has already decided something.

How you are heard is shaped long before you choose your words — by a jaw that is bracing, a breath that has moved high, a throat holding position.

Two and a half hours of practical work on the mechanics, with time to try it out loud in a room where nobody is assessing you.

What you may leave with
  1. 01A felt sense of where your own jaw and breath brace before you speak
  2. 02Practice speaking from an unbraced jaw and open breath, out loud, in the room
  3. 03One warm-up short enough to use before any conversation that matters

Designed to help, not guaranteed to fix. You may notice more than you expect.
