Where your face holds the day
Your jaw, your eyes and your forehead each store a different kind of effort. A map of what the face is carrying, and why it doesn't let go on its own.

An evening to notice what your jaw, eyes and forehead have been holding — and what changes when they let go.
Why this experience
The jaw that never fully lets go. The eyes that stay watchful. The forehead that keeps working after the task is over. This evening is an opportunity to notice those patterns and explore what becomes available when effort softens.
You will be guided through facial self-practice, breath and simple reflection, with time to speak and time to stay quiet. Nothing is performed and nothing is corrected.
Designed to help, not guaranteed to fix. You may notice more than you expect.
What will happen
Tea, a seat, no introductions required.
A short talk on the face as a record of the day, then guided attention.
Facial self-practice for the jaw, eyes and forehead, with breath.
Facilitated conversation, then an unhurried close.
